Samuel Jan Hjalmeby has had the opportunity to be involved with building some of the most stunning and well built homes and commercial projects in Vero Beach for over 25 years. As a 3rd generation home builder and building contractor, his experience spans not only generations, but continents as he proudly hails his Swedish heritage. The Swedes are well known the world over for their attention to detail and craftsmanship, and as the founder and president of Samuel Construction Group LLC, Sam takes no exception to this philosophy.
As a 2000 graduate of University of Florida’s highly respected M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Construction Management, Sam has had the opportunity to couple his hands-on and management experience with a first class, construction specific education.
Sam and his wife Robyn live in Vero Beach have seven children and two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and traveling.
Jennifer brings to the team more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Her knowledge includes contract management, permit coordination, residential land planning, and development. She enjoys assisting clients with their vision in the early planning, design, and the product selection process. As our Construction Manager, Jennifer will be engaged in all aspects of the construction process.
Jennifer is a born and raised Floridian, and a proud alumnus of the University of Central Florida. She and her fiancé Randall moved to Vero Beach in 2018. In their free time, they can be found traveling or spending time with family and friends.
Joe Solderich has more than 30 years of home building experience. As a long time journeyman carpenter prior to becoming a superintendent, Joe brings a wealth of hands-on experience to this incredibly important position. This experience affords him the fortitude to manage jobs expeditiously and with a high level of quality.
As a superintendent, Joe is responsible for overseeing project specific productivity. These responsibilities include monitoring of schedules, supervision of carpenters and subcontractors, and quality control.
Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Joe, his wife Amy, and three children moved to Vero Beach in 2003. Joe finds great satisfaction seeing a project through its completion and remembering back to its beginning.
